Stone Water Restaurant + Entertainment – Ticketing & Admission Terms
All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated for a specific event. Tickets, table reservations, deposits, service charges, processing fees, and other fees are non-refundable except where required by law or when an event is canceled and a refund is expressly authorized.
Admission is subject to venue capacity, event rules, age restrictions, dress code, security procedures, and management approval. Stone Water Restaurant + Entertainment reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest whose behavior violates venue policies, creates a safety concern, disrupts other guests, or interferes with venue operations.
Guests may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID. Tickets may not be duplicated, reproduced, or used for unauthorized resale. Stone Water is not responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorized third parties.
Event schedules, performers, DJs, entertainment, seating arrangements, and event programming are subject to change without notice. A change in supporting entertainment, schedule, or event programming does not automatically qualify a ticket holder for a refund.
Reserved tables and seating must be claimed within any arrival time specified for the event. Late arrival may result in the release or reassignment of a table or seating area without refund.
All guests and belongings are subject to security screening. Prohibited items may be refused at entry. Guests must comply with all posted venue policies and instructions from Stone Water staff and security personnel.
By purchasing a ticket or attending an event, guests acknowledge that photography, audio recording, and video recording may occur and may be used by Stone Water Restaurant + Entertainment for promotional and marketing purposes.
Stone Water is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
Purchase of a ticket constitutes acceptance of these terms and any additional rules displayed on the applicable event page.
